K230D 启动时PMU初始化失败，无法正常启动

使用的硬件是BPI的K230D-Zero

编译镜像是RT-Smart，镜像是正常的，没有问题。板子在今天上电后串口输出报错，并且Windows无法识别USB设备。

镜像和板子之前都能正常使用。

请问是芯片损坏了嘛，有什么解决方法吗？
